 - Initial situation report and agency emergency preparedness readiness inspection for the 2026 Ulchi Exercise (8.18–8.21)
 - Discussion of current issues, including the organization of the organizational structure and the operation of the wartime budget to maintain institutional functions during wartime transition
 - Request to familiarize with missions and improve response capabilities assuming an actual wartime situation, and to prioritize employee safety throughout the training period
